We are looking to fill an office assistant position (but let's be real- it's an everything assistant!) The job is quite rewarding but also fairly demanding and you will need to be able to wear a lot of hats and have your middle name be flexibility! Responsibilities will include (but certainly not limited to: event set-up and tear down, event planning, layout and mapping, vendor and rental contracts, marketing and sponsorship, community relations and public interactions, cleaning, basic maintenance and janitorial, basic landscaping, etc- whatever it takes to keep things running! Experience in microsoft suite, excel, adobe, and internet browsers required.
